When purchasing pre-made garments you can choose either option of pick up, local delivery, or shipping for a flat fee of $10.

When purchasing Custom orders please allow a 2-4 week turnaround time for quality assurance, all orders will be insured by USPS. If a package happens to get lost , stolen ,or damaged at the hands of USPS that is their responsibility & we will do what we can to assist with helping get your order or a remade garment will be shipped.

When placing your order please provide your CORRECT HEIGHT AND SIZE , using only our size chart !WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GARMENTS THAT ARE THE WRONGSIZEDUE TO CUSTOMERS MISINFORMATION. But there is a $10 alteration fee depending on extent of what needs to be done and if the order is to be remade full payment is required as the mistake is no fault of our own.

if your order is the wrong height or size due to our company then alterations will be made at no cost

Upon receiving your order please make sure that all garments fit to your liking as there is a 7 day deadline for no cost alterations.
